Stock is held warehouse by warehouse rather than as one pooled figure. Starter covers a single yard; a second yard moves you to Growth.
Starter is ticket support. Growth adds priority WhatsApp and email. Enterprise is given a dedicated contact.
The customer portal, the AI Planning Advisor, the IP allow-list and daily backups to Amazon S3 are enabled per account rather than bundled into a tier. Ask for them when you are quoted.
There is no charge per challan, per tonne, per order or per invoice. A trader raising 60 challans a day pays the same as one raising six, on the same plan. Steel volumes swing with the market, and a per-document price would bill you most in exactly the month a bad market has already hurt you.
The Starter plan is Rs 10,000 per month and covers up to 10 users and 1 stockyard, with all core modules included. Growth and Enterprise are quoted on the number of users and stockyards you run. There is no per-challan or per-tonne charge.
