Order-to-challan operations, multi-yard stock and more than 50 reports, built around how steel is actually bought, weighed and dispatched.
Inquiries convert to orders. An order splits into delivery sub-orders by unit type (kg, metre or piece), so one order can go out on several lorries, each with its own loading, challan and delivery status. Reports cover sales trend, top products, order status and the sales leaderboard.
Stock is held per warehouse, and each user sees only the warehouses assigned to them. Sell structurals, coils, sheets or pipes by weight or by piece; conversions use the section weight in your product, category and size catalogue. Individual coils are kept in a coil ledger and allocated to orders.
Every line carries the ordered weight and the actual loaded weight, and challans and billing use the actual figure. Assign loading supervisors, record the vehicle number, and print delivery challans. Weights are entered by your staff; SteelERP does not connect to weighbridge hardware.
CGST, SGST or IGST is computed on each order line against its HSN code, with GST summary and TCS reports. The Tally Prime integration is two-way: Tally pulls every printed delivery and purchase challan through an authenticated API, in the shape of the printed document, and SteelERP pushes to a webhook endpoint you provide.
Available today: each customer carries a credit period in days, shown as payment terms on inquiry PDFs and order notifications. Upcoming, not available yet: credit limits, outstanding balances, days sales outstanding (DSO), and holding dispatch for customers over their limit.

An in-app chat that answers planning questions from your analytics. It runs on Anthropic's Claude using your own Anthropic API key. When you use it, business summaries are sent to Anthropic, and they are not anonymised: real customer names appear in them.
